जमीयत प्रमुख मौलाना अरशद मदनी ने कहा कि मस्जिद को लेकर मुसलमानों का मामला पूरी तरह से ऐतिहासिक तथ्यों और इस साक्ष्य पर आधारित है कि बाबरी मस्जिद का निर्माण किसी मंदिर या किसी उपासना स्थल को तोड़ कर नहीं कराया गया था।उन्होंने कहा कि हमें उम्मीद है कि यह फैसला हमारे पक्ष में आएगा।हालांकि उन्होंने कहा कि बाबरी मस्जिद, कानून और न्याय की दृष्टि में एक मस्जिद थी। जो कयामत तक मस्जिद ही रहेगी।
