दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में आम आदमी पार्टी के दस विधायको के खिलाफ एफिडेविट फ़ाइल ... कोर्ट ने मांगे थे विधानसभा में मारपीट करने वाले दस विधायको के नाम ... जगदीप राणा और उसके साथी मदन की विधानसभा में पर्चे फेंकने पर हुई थी पिटाई और विधानसभा स्पीकर ने विशेषाधिकार का प्रयोग करते हुए जगदीप राणा और मदन को एक महीने की कठोर सजा देते हुए जेल भेज दिया .. अब दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में एडवोकेट प्रदीप राणा ने इस तरह के विशेषाधिकार के खिलाफ भी पिटिशन दायर कर इसके दुरूपयोग को रोकने की मांग भी उठी है ... विशेषाधिकार के तहत किसी भी सदन के द्वारा किसी को भी सजा देने का अधिकार है जिसकी कोई सुनवाई नही .. जिसको एकतरफा सजा सुनाई गई उसको अपना पक्ष रखने का कोई अधिकार तक नही होता.
