ये महिला है अनिता यादव ... महिला अनपढ़ नही बल्कि पढ़ी लिखी है और घर पति , जेठानी समेत कई टीचर है .. इस पढ़े लिखे परिवार में भी चोटी कटने की घटना हैरान करने वाली है .. अभी तक लोगो को एक आशंका थी की ये अनपढ़ महिलाओ का एक साइको भी हो सकता है पर यहा एक पढ़ी लिखी महिला महिला की चोटी कटना हैरान करने वाला है .. अनिता यादव आज सुभ उठकर घर में काम कर रही थी .. काम वाली नौकरानी छुट्टी पर थी .. अनिता का कहना है अचानक किसी ने दरवाजा खटखटाया वो खोलने गई और इसके बाद चक्कर आकर गिर गई और सिर के बालो की चोटी कटी हुई मिली ... परिवार के सभी लोग भागे बीस मिनट तक पानी डाला ताकि अनिता यादव होश में आये इसके बाद पुलिस को सुचना दी गई और अनिता को अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया ..

Story -- हरियाणा राजस्थान के बाद अब दिल्ली में चोटी कटने के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे है । हर जगह कटी हुई चोटी वही मिल रही है । गायब कहि नही हो रही । अब दिल्ली के रोहिणी में भी चोटी कटने की घटना सामने आई है । रोहिणी सेक्टर ग्यारह एफ थ्री नम्बर में कोठी में का कर रही इस नौकरानी का कहना है वो काम कर रही थी उसे अचानक काला साया दिखाई दिया और वो गिर पड़ी उसे डर था चोटी काटने वाला कोई न हो । महिला चिल्लाने लगी बेहोश हो गई दूसरे लोगों ने आकर उठाया तब तक चोटी कटकर अलग हो चुकी थी । तुरन्त थाना प्रशांत विहार में सूचना दी गई और FIR दर्ज नही हुई है शिकायत ले ली है । पुलिस चोटी को साथ लेकर नही गई पीड़ित अपनी चोटी हाथ मे लेकर दहशत में है ।

स्टोरी --- दिल्ली में जगह जगह बाल कटने की घटनाए कम होने की बजाय बढ़ रही है .. आज दिल्ली के थाना स्वरूप नगर इलाके में नत्थूपुरा गाँव में साठ साल की बुजुर्ग महिला के कटे रहस्यमय बाल .. महिला को बाबू जगजीवनराम अस्पताल ले जाया गया और बुजर्ग महिला प्रेमवती का कहना है कि एक करीब पैतीस साल की महिला ने उसका सिर पकड़ा और अचानक बाल कटे देखें .. उसके बाद महिला गायब हो गई .. घर के आसपास काफी लोग थे किसी और गली से कोई महिला लोगो ने गुजरते नही देखि पर इस तरह बाल कटना अपने आप में हैरान करने वाला है .. महिला ने बताया कि उसके सिर में दर्द हुआ उसने बाल काटते नही देखा पर अचानक बाल कट गये.

दिल्ली में घरों के आगे छज्जे निकालकर उसके ऊपर टॉयलेट इत्यादि भी बना दिए जाते हैं और जर्जर हालात में ऐसे मकानों को पैसे के लालच में किराए पर दे दिया जाता है। इन मकानों में हादसे के शिकार या तो किराए पर यहां रहने वाले लोग होते हैं या गली से गुजर रहे लोग। ऐसा ही हादसा फिर हुआ है दिल्ली के बेगमपुर में। यहां शुक्रवार शाम के वक्त अचानक एक मकान का छज्जा गिर गया। बारिश में इस तरह के जर्जर मकान गिरने के खतरे बढ़ जाते हैं। बेगमपुर में इस मकान का जो आगे छज्जा निकला हुआ था उसी छज्जे के ऊपर टॉयलेट भी बनाया गया था। जिसका वजन यह सह नहीं पाया और छज्जा भरभरा कर गिर पड़ा। जिस वक्त जा गिरा उस वक्त पड़ोस का एक बच्चा अपनी साइकिल खड़ी कर रहा था। बच्चा मलबे में नीचे दब गया और उसकी मौत हो गई। साथ ही पड़ोस की वहां से गुजर रही दो महिलाएं भी घायल हो गई और एक महिला का पांव टूट गया एक महिला को हाथ में चोट आई है।
मृतक बच्चे की उम्र 9 साल है जिसका नाम कुणाल है साथ ही 21 साल की निभा देवी के सिर में चोट आई है जिसे राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल के लिए रेफर कर दिया गया है । रानी देवी के पैर में फैक्चर है जिसका इलाज जारी है।
फिलहाल दोनों घायल महिलाओं का इलाज जारी है। बच्चे का शव पोस्टमार्टम के बाद परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया है। इसी तरह की लापरवाही की घटना नत्थूपुरा में भी घटी थी जहां बच्चों को दवाई दिलाने जा रही एक महिला के ऊपर भी ऐसा ही छज्जा गिरा था जिसमें बच्चे की मौके पर मौत हो गई थी और कुछ दिन अस्पताल में जिंदगी और मौत से जूझने के बाद महिला की भी मौत हो गई थी।
अब देखने वाली बात होगी इस मकान मालिक के खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस किन धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज करती है।
जरूरत है लोग भी संभल कर रहे क्योंकि इस तरह के किसी की जान भी ले सकते हैं। भले ही आप अपने मकान को इस तरह छोड़कर दूर रह रहे हो लेकिन आपके मकान का यदि जर्जर छज्जा गिरा और इस तरह की घटना हुई तो आप को जेल की हवा भी खानी पड़ सकती है।
