Paul Wesley took a break from Mystic Falls to hit up the SXSW festival in Austin to promote his new film Before I Disappear with co-stars Emmy Rossum and Shawn Christensen. The story follows a character named Richie who, at the lowest point in his life, gets a call from his estranged sister asking him to babysit his niece. It's based on a short film, Curfew, that Shawn won an Oscar for in 2013. As for Paul's role in the film, he's one of the producers and plays Gideon. According to Film Threat, the Vampire Diaries star gives a stellar performance!
