ഡല്‍ഹി ബാര്‍ കൗണ്‍സിലാണ് ബച്ചന് വക്കീല്‍ നോട്ടീസയച്ചത്. ഒരു മസാലക്കമ്പനിയുടേതാണ് പരസ്യം. കമ്പനിയ്‌ക്കെതിരെയും പരസ്യം പ്രക്ഷേപണം ചെയ്ത യൂട്യൂബിനെതിരെയും മാധ്യമസ്ഥാപനത്തിനെതിരെയും കൗണ്‍സില്‍ നോട്ടീസയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.മുന്‍കൂര്‍ അനുമതിയില്ലാതെ അഭിഭാഷകരുടെ വേഷം പരസ്യത്തിനായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചതാണ് കാരണം.ബച്ചന് അഭിനയിച്ച പരസ്യം ഉടന്‍നിര്‍ത്തലാക്കണമെന്നാണ് നോട്ടീസില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. അഭിഭാഷക വേഷം ഭാവിയിൽ മറ്റുപരസ്യങ്ങളിലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണമെന്ന നിര്‍ദേശം രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ ബാര്‍കൗണ്‍സിലുകള്‍ക്കും നല്‍കിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. പരസ്യം നിർത്തലാക്കിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ നിയമനടപടികളുമായി മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുമെന്ന് കൗണ്‍സില്‍ കമ്പനിയെ അറിയിച്ചു.പരസ്യത്തില്‍ അമിതാബ് ബച്ചനും മറ്റു രണ്ട് പേരുമാണ് അഭിനയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അഭിഭാഷകവേഷം ധരിച്ച ബച്ചന് കമ്പനിയുടെ മസാലയെ കുറിച്ച് പ്രകീര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് പരസ്യം ചിത്രീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ബച്ചനും മകള്‍ ശ്വേത ബച്ചനും ചേര്‍ന്നഭിനയിച്ച പ്രമുഖജ്വല്ലറിയുടെ പരസ്യചിത്രം ബാങ്ക് ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പിന്‍വലിച്ചിരുന്നു.പത്തു ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ നോട്ടീസില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട പ്രകാരം ചെയ്യണമെന്നാണ് കൗൺസിൽ നിർദ്ദേശം.
