दिल्ली के अलीपुर में स्थित दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के स्वामी श्रद्धानंद कॉलेज के कई छात्र छात्राओं ने दिन में निकाला कैंडल मार्च। कॉलेज की पुरानी बिल्डिंग से नई बिल्डिंग तक बाहर सड़क पर निकाला कैंडल मार्च। जम्मू कश्मीर में एक छोटी बच्ची के साथ रेप के बाद हत्या के मामले में इंसाफ के लिए निकाला मार्च। छात्र छात्राओं का कहना था कि रेप जैसे घिनौने अपराध में राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिए साथ ही इनकी मांग है कि रेप केस में सुनवाई फास्ट ट्रैक से हो और फांसी की सजा का प्रावधान हो। इसी मांग का मैसेज देने के लिए छात्र-छात्राओं ने यह मार्च निकाला है। अलीपुर के स्वामी श्रद्धानंद कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल की तरफ से इन्हें कॉलेज में मार्च और प्रोटेस्ट करने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई थी इसलिए कॉलेज की दोनों बिल्डिंग के बीच में बाहर सड़क पर यह मार्च निकाला गया है।.

DU के कोलिजो की फीस बढ़ सकती है कई गुना ज्यादा ... दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के सभी कॉलेजों में 70-30 के फार्मूले पर टीचरों का धरना जारी है। सभी कॉलेजों के टीचरस हड़ताल कर धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं और क्लासे बन्द हैं । टीचर्स का आरोप है कि जो नया सरकारी फरमान आया है उसके अनुसार कॉलेजों को 70% अनुदान मिलेगा और 30% रेवेन्यू खुद कॉलेज को जुटाना होगा इससे साफ है कि 30% रेवेन्यू जनरेट का मतलब कॉलेज को सभी बच्चों की फीस करीब 6 से 8 गुना बढ़ानी पड़ेगी । जिस क्लास की फीस इस वक्त 10, 000 है उन्हें ₹ 50 हजार फीस देनी पड़ेगी जो स्टूडेंट के लिए बहुत गलत होगा। साथ ही कुछ प्रमोशन के और दूसरे मुद्दे लेकर टीचर्स ने विरोध प्रदर्शन जारी किया है। दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के स्वामी श्रद्धानंद कॉलेज में भी टीचर इसी मुद्दे पर धरने पर बैठे हैं और इस 79 - 30 के फार्मूले की वापसी की मांग कर रहे हैं। साथ में लंबे वक्त से प्रमोशन नहीं हुई और एडहॉक टीचर्स को 10 साल सेवा देने के बाद भी रेगुलर करना तो दूर उनके एक्सपीरियंस तक नहीं माना जा रहा है।

दिल्ली में क्राइम की घटनाएं लगातार बढ़ रही है ऐसी ही घटना दिल्ली के अलीपुर थाना क्षेत्र में घटित हुई अलीपुर थाना क्षेत्र में ग्रॉसरी के गोदामों में मजदूरी करने वाले मजदूरों की पेमेंट निजी कंपनी के कार्यालय पर रखी थी और शाम के वक्त मजदूरों को पेमेंट दी जानी थी। तभी अचानक 6 हथियारबंद बदमाश ऑफिस के एक रूम में घुसे कर्मचारियों के साथ मारपीट कर एक रूम से लूट की घटना को अंजाम देकर और वहां के कर्मचारियों को बाथरूम में बंद करके दूसरे रूम में घुसे लुटेरों ने दूसरे रूम में भी रखे रुपयों की लूट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया और वहां मौजूद स्टाफ के साथ मारपीट भी की। करीब 7 लाख रुपये के आसपास लूट की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया। अलीपुर थाना पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी है घटना से साफ जाहिर होता है कि लुटेरों को पहले से इतनी भनक थी कि इस कार्यालय में लाखों रुपए और मजदूरों को दिए जाने हैं। पुलिस कई एंगल से मामले की जांच में जुटी है।
