A French magazine called 'Public' published fake photos claiming they came from a sex tape that Adele starred in. They say these pictures were taken on a smart phone.
The compromising photo on their cover features someone looking slightly like Adele.
Adele's lawyer is now taking legal action against the French publication, which claims that it has over three million readers each week.
Her camp says, 'Adele has not appeared in a sex tape or in these fake photos. Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory.'.
