The woman can't catch a break. Because she seems to be a magnet for drama, Lindsay Lohan is now being sued by a paparazzo (or celebrity photojournalist, if you will. You probably won't).

Grigor Balyan claims he was run over by Lohan's car in January 2010, saying he was left badly injured after being hit while Lindsay was leaving a Hollywood club on January 10, 2010.

Lohan wasn't driving the car, but Balyan's lawyer, Neil Steiner, claims she's still at fault because the driver was operating under her instruction.

The lawyer says they tried to settle with Lindsay's insurance company, but the company made 'an insignificant offer' while Balyan seeks to get 'reasonable compensation.' Which also means 'take her for all she's worth.'
