अफज़लगढ़ ब्लाॅक क्षेत्र के गांव कादराबाद में अस्पताल ले जाते समय एक नवविवाहिता की मौत हो गई। परिजनों ने ससुराल पक्ष पर प्रताड़ित करने का आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस को तहरीर देकर कार्यवाही की मांग की है।
जानकारी के अनुसार कादराबाद निवासी धर्मपाल सिंह ने अपनी पुत्री दिव्या का विवाह करीब 5 वर्ष पूर्व सोनीपत के गांव गुज्जरखेड़ी निवासी रोहित से किया था। मृतक दिव्या के भाई के अनुसार उसकी बहन को ससुराल वाले शुरू से ही प्रताड़ित कर रहे थे। जिसके चलते बीते दिन उसकी ससुराल वाले उसे मरणासन्न अवस्था में मायके छोड़ गये थे। दिव्या की हालत खराब होता देख परिजनों ने उसे एक निजी चिकित्सालय में दिखाया जहां से चिकित्सक ने उसे उपचार के लिए हायर सैंटर ले जाने की सलाह दी। घर वाले दिव्या को उपचार के लिए ले जाने की व्यवस्था कर ही रहे थे कि उसने दम तोड़ दिया। दिव्या की मौत के बाद उसके पिता धर्मपाल सिंह ने पुलिस को मामले की सूचना दी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को कब्ज़े में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है।
इस मामले में कोतवाली प्रभारी निरीक्षक मनोज कुमार सिंह का कहना है कि ससुराल पक्ष के लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर लिया गया है। मामले की जांच कर उचित कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
