We have made this series for those girls who go to the gym and they want to maximize their time in the gym by doing good and proper workout. This series will help you tone your muscles. If you are looking to lose fat, then you can also follow this series with the 100 day series to lose the fat as well while you tone. Ensure to follow a proper and a good diet. If your goal is to lose fat and trim down use our fat loss diet plan, if you are working to gain weight then use our weight gain diet, your exercise will stay the same.

    Dumbbell Curls (Alternate)

    Preacher Curls (Ez Bar-Wide grip)

    Bicep Curls on Low pulley
    Reps to failure x 3 sets

    Triceps Push down
    4 sets x 10-12 reps

    Skull Crushers (Ez Bar)
    10-12 reps x 4 sets

    Tricep Diamond Push-ups
    10-12 reps x 4 sets

    Workout time: 45 mins to 1hr.

    Note:

    45 seconds to 1 minute break between sets, 2 minute break between exercises.

    Advance Series. We now do a Big Tricep and Bicep Advanced level Killer ARMS WORKOUT. A really good arm workout. We are now well into the series so things are getting tougher. Remember that your tricep is a bigger muscle than your bicep, so if you want bigger arms, you should work on Tricep as well. Build big arms with this bicep tricep workout.

    The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle. If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.

    This is Cycle 3, we now do ARMS Workout for Big MASS. Remember we go advance we go with a pro level pattern.
