ગુજરાતમાં વરસાદની શરૂઆત થઇ છે ત્યાં તો સરકારી બિલ્ડીંગોમાંથી પાણી ટપકવાનું શરુ થઇ ગયું. આ સરકારી બિલ્ડીંગ છે, વડોદરામાં બનાવવામાં આવેલુ નવું કોર્ટ સંકુલ થોડો વરસાદ પાડવાની સાથે વડોદરાના આ નવા કોર્ટ સંકુલના મકાનની છત લીકેજ થઇ છે. કોર્ટ સંકુલના બાંધકામ સામે સવાલો ઉઠ્યા છે. આ નવું કોર્ટ સંકુલ બનાવામાં માટે 100 કરોડથી વધુ રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ કરવામા આવ્યો છે. લોકોને ન્યાય અપાવતા કોર્ટ સંકુલના બાંધકામમાં જ ભ્રસ્ટાચાર થયો છે. આ કોર્ટ સંકુલમા પાણી ટપકવાના કારણે વકીલોને બેસવામાં પણ મુશ્કેલી પડી રહી છે. કોર્ટ સંકુલમાં વકીલોને બેસવાની જગ્યા ન આપવામા આવતા અગાવ પણ વકીલો ધ્વરા હોવાળો કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો, ત્યારથી આ નવું કોર્ટ સંકુલ વિવાદમાં આવ્યું છે, અને હવે પહેલાજ ચોમાસામા 100 કરોડથી વધારે રૂપિયા ખર્ચે બનેલા કોર્ટ સંકુલની છત લીકેજ થઇ છે. અગત્યની વાત એ છે કે આ કોર્ટ સંકુલના ઉદ્ઘાટનને 4 મહિના જેટલો જ સમય થયો છે, પરંતુ બેદરકારી રાખીને બનાવવામા આવેલા કોર્ટ સંકુલમા પાણીના નિકાલ માટે કોઈ સુવિધા નથી. થોડા વરસાદથી કોર્ટ સંકુલની છત અને આખી પરિસર પાણી-પાણી થઇ છે. વકીલોને બેસવાની જગ્યાતો એક તરફ પણ આ નવા કોર્ટમાં વકીલો ઉભા રહી શકે તેવી હાલતમા પણ નથી. હવે જોવાનું એ રહે છે કે ખુદ ન્યાયાલય પોતાનો ન્યાય કેવી રીતે કરે છે.
