Tricep Pushdown
5 Sets of 10/10 Reps

Seated Overhead Extension
4 Sets of 12 Reps

High Pully Tricep Extension
3 Sets of 12-15 Reps

Close Grip Push Down (Close Grip)
100 Reps

Barbell Curl
4 Sets of 8 Reps

Incline Hammer Curl
3 Sets of 8 Reps (5 Sec Pause)

Spider Curl
3 Sets of 15 Reps
