दिल्ली नगर निगम आपके द्वार ' इस नारे के साथ नार्थ एमसीडी की स्टेंडिंग कमेटी के चैयरमेन तिलकराज कटारिया ने अपने इलाके के लोगों केपुरे लाव लश्कर के साथ पहुंच रहें है ---वे खुद भी गाडी की बजाये अपने जोन के उपयुक्त --के साथ इन ई-रिक्शा में अपने इलाके में पहुचतें है और अधिकारीयों को निर्देश देते नजर आतें है --( शॉट्स -) शालीमार बाग़ में अब ऐसे नजरे लगातार देखने को मिलेंगे --दरअसल तिलकराज कटारिया ने अपने इलाके में एक नयी मुहीम की शुरुआत की है --जिसे नाम दिया है नियम आपके द्वार --क्या है यह नयी मुहीम आप खुद तिलक राज कटारिया की जुबानी सुनिए।
ई-रिक्शा के काफिलों के साथ नार्थ एमसीडी चैयरमेन उसी मुहीम के लिए निकालें है ---इनके साथ ई-रिक्शा के इन काफिलों में दिल्ली नगर निगम के हर विभाग के अधिकारी तो है ही साथ ही जल बोड के अधिकारी भी है --लगभग 3 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय कर यह काफिला सबसे पहले बी1 ब्लॉक पहुंचा ---इनमें बड़ी संख्या में हाथों में झाड़ू थामे सफाई कर्मचारी और मलेरिया विभाग के कर्मचारी भी जो उतरे हो अपने अपने काम में लग गए ---हालांकि जहाँ यह काफिला पहुंचा वहां पहले से ही सफाई व्यवस्था अच्छी थी --जाहिर यहाँ राउंड लगाने से पहले इलाके के सफाई कर दी गयी थी --फिर भी लोगों की शिकायत भी कम नहीं थी --सबसे ज्यादा शिकायत दिल्ली जल बोर्ड और इलाके की विधायक वंदना कुमारी से थी।

यह सवाल उठ रहे है दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली सरकार की मानसून से निपटने की तैयारियों और नेताओं के बयानों से ---कहने को तो दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली सरकार सरकार के एजेंसी पीडब्लूडी दिल्ली में नालों की सफाइयों से लेकर तमाम इंतजाम पुरे करने के दावे कर रहे है --लेकिन दिल्ली दर्पण टीवी के रियलिटी चेक में ये तैयारियां अधूरी ही दिख रही है --दिल्ली के वज़ीर पुर, शालीमार बाग़ इलाके में नालों की सफाई तो चल रही है लेकिन स्थानीय RWA इन तैयारियों को आधी अधूरी बता रहे है --कहीं नालों को खुला छोड़ा हुआ है तो कहीं नालों का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है --लोगों को डर है की यह मानसून इस बार फिर से दिल्ली वालों के मुसीबत बनकर आएगा .
इलाके की RWA का यह डर बेवजह नहीं है --दिल्ली में नालों की सफाई का जिम्मा जिन दो मुख्य सरकारी एजेंसियों पर है उनमें फिर से तालमेल की कमी दिख रही है --दिल्ली नगर निगम इस मामले में अभी से ब्लेम गेम की तयारी में है --यही वजह है की नार्थ दिल्ली नगर निगम के नेता मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल से मिलकर गुहार लगा रहे है वह अपने अधीन नालों की सफाई पर ध्यान दें ---वहीँ विधायक दिल्ली नगर निगम पर आरोप लगा रहे है की वह उनके नालों से निकली गाद और कचरे को कूड़ेदानों में नहीं फेंकने पर अडचनक पैदा कर रही है .
इस बार दिल्ली में ज्यादातर निगम पार्षद नए चुने गए है --शायद यही वजह है की वे खुद खड़े होकर नालों की सफाई रहे है और दावा कर रहे है की इस बार उनके इलाके में जलजमाव की समस्या नहीं होगी.
