Taylor Swift proves once again, what a great gal she is!! This time, she's bring a sick fan as her date to a huge awards show!!
The sweetheart country-pop sensation has invited Kevin McGuire, an 18-year-old super fan who's battling leukemia, to be her date to the American Country Music Awards.
The dream date actually originated on Facebook, where his sister had started a page to get Taylor Swift to be his date for prom. America fell in love with the boy, the Facebook page got thousands and thousands of fans, and Taylor eventually found out about it.
She politely declined the prom request, then in typical cute teenage fashion, she wrote him: 'But I was wondering, the ACM Awards are coming up.. Would you be my date? Love, Taylor.'
Of course, he gladly accepted. The date will go down on April 1st, when the ACM awards takes place in Las Vegas!.
