પોતાને સિંઘમ સાબિત કરવા માટે નોર્દોષ લોકો પર ડંડાનો વરસાદ વરસાવી રહ્યા છે. 6 જૂન 2018ના રોજ વરાછા પોલીસના કર્મચારીઓ રાત્રે ફરવા નીકળેલા લોકોને ડંડા મારતા એક કેમેરાના ફુટેજમાં દેખાયા હતા. ફરી એકે વાર 7 જૂન 2018ના રોજ એક દુકાનની વરાછા પોલીસના PSI પ્રધાન પોતાની ખાખી વર્દીની રોફ લોકોને દેખાડવા અને પોતાને સિંઘમ સાબિત કરવા લોકો પર જાહેરમાં ડંડા વરસાવી રહ્યા છે.
દુકાન દારે વરાછા પોલીસની દાદાગીરીની ફરિયાદ સુરત પોલીસ કમિશ્નરને કરી હતી. જે બાબતની અદાવત રાખીને વરાછાના PSIએ પોતાના પોલીસ કાફલા સાથે દુકાનની બહાર ઉભેલા ગ્રાહકો તેમજ દુકાનના માલિકના પુત્રને રાત્રે માર મારીને દુકાન બંધ કરાવી હતી. આ સમગ્ર ઘટના દુકાનની બહાર લાગેલા CCTV કેમેરામાં કેદ થઇ હતી. પોલીસની આવી દાદાગીરી જોઈને એવું લાગે છેકે જનતાના રક્ષાકજ જનતાના ભક્ષક બની ગયા છે.
ખરેખર સુરતના વરાછા પોલીસના કર્મચારીઓ પોતાની જાતને સિંઘમ સમજતા હોઈતો વરાછાના પોલીસના નાક નીચે ચાલી રહેલા દારૂના અડ્ડા બંધ કરાવે અને બુટલેગરો પાસેથી મોટા મોટા હપ્તા ઉઘરાવનું બંધ કરીને એ બુટલેગરોને ખાખીનો પાવર દેખાડે. વરાછા પોલીસ જયારે ઉત્કલ નગરમાં ચાલી રહેલા દારૂના અડ્ડા અને ગાંજાના વેચાણને બંધ કરાવશે ત્યારે તે સિંઘમ કહેવાશે બાકી ખાખીનો પાવર નિર્દોષ જનતાને બતાવી સિંઘમ ન કહેવાય.
