മിസോറാമിനും കുമ്മനത്തിനും ഇത് അച്ഛാദിന്‍...ബി ജെ പി സംസ്ഥാന അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ കുമ്മനം രാജശേഖരനെ മിസോറം ഗവര്‍ണറായി നിയമിച്ചു. മിസോറമിലെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ നിര്‍ഭയ് ശര്‍മയുടെ കാലാവധി മെയ് 28ന് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന ഒഴിവിലേക്കാണ് നിയമനം. ഒഡിഷ ഗവര്‍ണറായി പ്രൊഫ. ഗണേഷി ലാലിനെയും നിയമിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. രാഷ്ട്രപതിഭവന്റെ വാര്‍ത്താക്കുറിപ്പിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.ബിജെപി കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ഘടകത്തിന്റെ അധ്യക്ഷനും ഹിന്ദു ഐക്യവേദിയുടെ മുന്‍ സംസ്ഥാന ജനറല്‍ സെക്രട്ടറിയുമായിരുന്നു. 1987ലെ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഈസ്റ്റ് മണ്ഡലത്തില്‍ ഹിന്ദുമുന്നണി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥിയായിരുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ വട്ടിയൂര്‍ക്കാവില്‍നിന്നും കുമ്മനം മത്സരിച്ചു.

കുമ്മനം തീവ്രഹിന്ദുത്വവാദിയാണെന്നാരോപിച്ചാണ് പ്രതിഷേധം. അഴിമതിക്കെതിരായ സംഘടനയായി രൂപീകരിക്കപ്പെടുകയും പിന്നീട് രാഷ്ട്രീയപാര്‍ട്ടിയായി മാറുകയും ചെയ്ത പ്രിസത്തിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് കുമ്മനം രാജശേഖരനെതിരെ പ്രതിഷേധ പ്രചാരണം ആരംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.ഈ വര്‍ഷം അവസാനം മിസോറാമില്‍ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടക്കാനിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതു മുന്നില്‍ക്കണ്ടുള്ള ബിജെപിയുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയനീക്കമാണ് കുമ്മനം രാജശേഖരനെ ഗവര്‍ണറായി നിയമിച്ചതിനു പിന്നിലെന്നും പ്രിസം ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. തങ്ങളുടേത് ക്രൈസ്തവവിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക് ഭൂരിപക്ഷമുള്ള സംസ്ഥാനമാണ്. അവിടെ ഒരു ആര്‍എസ്എസ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനെ ഗവര്‍ണറായി വേണ്ടെന്നാണ് പ്രിസത്തിന്റെ നിലപാട്.2015ല്‍ മലങ്കര ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്‌സ് സഭയുടെ ഇരുനൂറാം വാര്‍ഷികാഘോഷപരിപാടിയില്‍ സുവിശേഷപ്രസംഗം നടത്തിയതിന് മുന്‍ ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി ജിജി തോംസണെതിരെ നടപടിയെടുക്കണമെന്ന് കുമ്മനം ഗവര്‍ണറോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നതായും ഇത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ക്രൈസ്തവവിരുദ്ധ മനോഭാവം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണെന്നും പ്രിസം കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. സര്‍ക്കാരിയ കമ്മീഷന്‍ ശുപാര്‍ശകളുടെ നഗ്നമായ ലംഗനമാണ് കുമ്മനത്തിന്റെ നിയമനമെന്നും ആരോപണമുണ്ട്
