लोक आस्था और सूर्योपासना के पर्व चैती छठ के चौथे दिन शनिवार को व्रतधारियों ने उदीयमान सूर्य को अर्घ्य अर्पित किया। बिहार ही नहीं बल्कि दक्षिण भारत सहित दुनिया के विभिन्न कोनों में छठ पर सूर्य की उपासना की गई। गंगा तट से लेकर विभिन्न जलाशयों के किनारे सैकड़ों श्रद्धालुओं ने उगते सूर्य को अर्घ्य अर्पित किया.बिहार एसोसिएशन हैदराबाद के तत्वाधान में चैती छठ पूजा में छठव्रतियों के लिए मुकम्मल इंतजाम किया गया था
