મહિલાનો આક્ષેપ છે કે પતિ તેની સાથે મારઝુડ કરતો હતો. અને તેને છોડી અન્ય સ્ત્રી સાથે આડા સબંધો રાખી ફોરેન જતો રહ્યો છે. ઉપરાંત તેની પાસે દસ લાખના દહેજની પણ માંગણીઓ કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ તરફ પીડિતાના વકીલએ પણ વોટ્સએપ પરના તલાકને કાનૂન અને શર્રિયત પ્રમાણે વેલીડ ન હોવાનું જણાવ્યું હતું.
