कठुआ में बच्ची से रेप को लेकर पूरा देश गुस्से में उबल रहा है. सरकार ने बच्चियों के बलात्कारियों के लिए फांसी की सजा का कानून बना दिया लेकिन समाज के शैतानों पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा है. हरियाणा के यमुनानगर में भी कठुआ जैसी शर्मनाक घटना सामने आई है. हरियाणा के यमुनानगर में चार दरिंदों ने 13 साल की नाबालिग बच्ची को अगवाकर मंदिर परिसर में ले जाकर गैंगरेप किया. गैंगरेप के बाद हत्या के इरादे से बच्ची का सिर दीवार से दे मारा जिससे उसे गंभीर चोट आई है.
