जनपद शामली के कांधला थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में 16 वर्षीय किशोरी ने गांव के एक 70 वर्षीय अधेड़ पर बलात्कार करने का प्रयास का आरोप लगाते हुए स्थानीय थाने पर परिजनों संग तहरीर देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की है पुलिस अधेड़ को गिरफ्तार कर मामले की जांच कर रही है एक तरफ योगी सरकार बेटी बचाओ और बेटी पढ़ाओ का नारा लगा रही है और महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए लाख दावे कर रही है मगर प्रदेश में आए दिन बलात्कार छेड़छाड़ की घटनाएं रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रही है ऐसा ही एक मामला जनपद शामली के कांधला थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में सामने आया है
