तनु झिड़िया की उम्र 28 साल है और तनु दो बच्चों की मां है। इनके पति ई रिक्शा चलाते हैं। तनु झीड़िया का बचपन से ही सपना था कि वह अपने देश का नाम रोशन करें लेकिन जो काम तनु के माता-पिता नहीं कर पाए वह काम उनके पति ने तनु का सपना पूरा करने में किया। तनु के पति सन्नी झिड़िया दिन भर ई रिक्शा चलाते रहे और अपनी पत्नी को मैडल दिलवाने के लिए दिन-रात मेहनत करते हैं ताकी उनकी पत्नी देश का नाम रोशन कर सके।
तनु झीड़िया ने थाईलैंड के पटाया में जाकर बॉडीबिल्डिंग में जीत का परचम लहराया और गोल्ड मेडल अपने नाम कर लिया। तनु झीड़िया व उसका परिवार दिल्ली के वजीरपुर JJ कॉलोनी में रहता है

Tanu Jhidiya is 28 years old and the mother of two children. She has won a gold medal while living abroad. Her husband drives a rickshaw, and Tanu had always dreamt of bringing glory to her country since childhood. However, the tasks her parents couldn't accomplish, her husband fulfilled to make Tanu's dream come true. Tanu's husband, Sunny Jhidiya, tirelessly drives a rickshaw throughout the day and night to support his wife in achieving her dream of bringing glory to their country.

Tanu Jhidiya went to Pattaya, Thailand, and raised the flag of victory in bodybuilding, securing a gold medal in her name. Tanu Jhidiya and her family reside in Delhi's Vajeerpur JJ Colony.
