करीब चार दशक तक अपनी आवाज से लाखों लोगों का दिल जीतने वाले गजल गायक पंकज उधास अब नहीं रहे। लम्बी बीमारी के बाद पंकज ने 72 साल की उम्र में आखिरी सांस ली। उनके निधन के बाद फिल्म जगत में शोक की लहर फैली हुई है। तबीयत ठीक ना होने के कारण उनको कुछ दिन पहले ही अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया था। पंकज उधास के निधन पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शोक जाहिर किया है। उन्होंने एक्स पर दिवंगत सिंगर के साथ कुछ फोटोज शेयर कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी है
