Looks like Lindsey Vonn’s rehab is progressing nicely.
The skiing star, who is recovering from February surgery on two shredded knee ligaments, posted a picture of a recent workout on her Facebook page, and judging by the eight plates on the barbell, she’s not worried about putting weight on her right leg.
Based on my frequent workouts the website for the weightlifting equipment company Werksan, we’re estimating Vonn is putting up 225 kg, or approximately 485 pounds. In layman’s terms, that’s, like, a whole lot.
