Three mobile food testing laboratory vans worth Rs 1.49 crore have been provided to three districts of Himachal Pradesh. This laboratory is going to work for the purpose of testing, training and awareness. In this, after testing the food items on the spot, the report can be obtained within a short time. It also has LED screens installed to make the general public aware. In this, training for traders regarding food safety will also be organized through these mobile food testing vans.
