ഓരോ ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ് കമ്പനികളും മുതിര്‍ന്ന ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ കേരളത്തിന് വേണ്ടി നോഡല്‍ ഓഫീസറായി ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തണം. ഇങ്ങനെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തന്ന ആള്‍ വഴി അര്‍ഹതപ്പെട്ട ക്ലെയിമുകള്‍ ഉടനെ തീര്‍പ്പാക്കണം. മരണ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കാന്‍ മൃതദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ പോസ്റ്റ്മോർട്ടം റിപ്പോർട്ട് വേണമെന്നിരിക്കേ മൃതദേഹം പോലും കണ്ടെത്താന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത സാഹചര്യം വരികയാണെങ്കില്‍ പ്രത്യകേ സാഹചര്യം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ക്ലെയിമുകള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കാണം.
ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ ജമ്മുകശ്മീരിലും ചെന്നൈയിലും നല്‍കിയ പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന കേരളത്തിലും കണക്കിലെടുക്കണമെന്ന് ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ് റെഗുലേറ്ററി അഥോറിറ്റി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
