नोटबंदी को लेकर केंद्र सरकार की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने देशभर की अदालतों में चल रहे मामलों पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है. केंद्र सरकार की ओर से दाखिल ट्रांसफर याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी याचिकाकर्ताओं को नोटिस भेजा है...वहीं आज सुनवाई के दौरान किसानों को नोटबंदी से हो रही परेशानी पर कोर्ट ने सरकार से पूछा कि परेशानी दूर करने के लिए क्या किया जा रहा है, जवाब में सरकार ने बताया कि किसानों को राहत देने के लिए कई कदम उठाए गए हैं जिससे उन्हें बीज खरीदने में कोई परेशानी ना आए. केंद्र सरकार की ओर से अटॉर्नी जनरल मुकुल रोहतगी ने कोर्ट में कहा कि अब हालात पहले से बेहतर और काबू में है, बैंकों में लगने वाली कतारें लगातार कम हो रही हैं. बैंकों में अभी तक 6 लाख करोड़ रुपये जमा हो चुके हैं और सरकार को उम्मीद है कि 10-15 लाख करोड़ रुपये तक जमा होंगे. रोहतगी ने कहा कि इस कदम से बैंकों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार होगा, देश में डिजिटल पेमेंट और डिजिटल मनी का इस्तेमाल पिछले दिनों में बढ़ा है, वहीं ऑनलाइन भुगतान में बढ़ोतरी हुई है. सरकार की ओर से कहा गया कि लोगों ने 70 साल से पैसे जमा करके रखे है इसलिए जाहिर है कि सभी पैसा जमा होने में थोड़ा समय लगेगा... इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 2 दिसंबर को होगी.

പിഴവുകള് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടാന് കഴിയുമെന്ന് എൻഎസ്എസ് അഭിഭാഷകന് കെ.പരാശരന് ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു. കോടതിക്ക് തെറ്റുപറ്റി. മതവിശ്വാസത്തിനും അനുഷ്ഠാനത്തിനുമുള്ള ഭരണഘടനാ അവകാശത്തിനെതിരാണ് കോടതി വിധി. മതസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ പൊതുസ്ഥലങ്ങളുടെ ഗണത്തില്പ്പെടുത്താന് കഴിയില്ല. വിധി ഭരണഘടനയുടെ 25–ാം അനുച്ഛേദത്തിന് വിരുദ്ധമാണ്. പതിനഞ്ചാം അനുച്ഛേദപ്രകാരം ക്ഷേത്രാചാരങ്ങള് റദ്ദാക്കിയത് തെറ്റ്. മതവിശ്വാസങ്ങള് യുക്തിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് പരിശോധിക്കാനാവില്ല. 15, 17, 25 അനുച്ഛേദങ്ങള് തമ്മിലുള്ള ബന്ധം വിലയിരുത്തിയതില് പിഴച്ചു. യുവതികള്ക്ക് പ്രവേശനം അനുവദിക്കാത്തത് അയിത്തമല്ല. തൊട്ടുകൂടായ്മ കുറ്റകരമാണ്, പക്ഷേ അത് കൃത്യമായി നിര്വചിക്കണം. ലിംഗവിവേചനം പാടില്ലെന്ന അനുച്ഛേദം മതസ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്ക് ബാധകമല്ലെന്നു അഭിഭാഷകന് കെ.പരാശരന് വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
വിധിയിലെ പിഴവുകൾ മാത്രം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാൽ മതിയെന്നു ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ആവർത്തിച്ചു.
ശബരിമല കേസില് വാദം കേൾക്കവെയാണ് ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസിന്റെ ചോദ്യം. പുന:പരിശോധന ഹര്ജികളുള്പ്പെടെ ശബരിമല യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിധിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട 65 ഹര്ജികള് സുപ്രീംകോടതി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നു. പുനപരിശോധനാഹര്ജികളില് ആദ്യം വാദം കേള്ക്കുന്നു. ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് അധ്യക്ഷനായ ഭരണഘടനാബഞ്ചാണ് ഹര്ജികള് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്. ഭക്തര്ക്ക് അനുകൂലമായ വിധി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതായി പന്തളം കൊട്ടാരം പ്രതിനിധി ശശികുമാരവര്മ പറഞ്ഞു. സുപ്രീംകോടതി പറയുന്നത് അനുസരിക്കുമെന്ന് ദേവസ്വംബോര്ഡ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് എ. പത്മകുമാർ പറഞ്ഞു. യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിഷയത്തില് ഇന്നത്തെ സുപ്രീംകോടതി നടപടികള് നിര്ണായകമാണ്. ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് രഞ്ജന് ഗൊഗോയ്, ജസ്റ്റിസുമാരായ ആര്.എഫ് നരിമാന്, എ.എം ഖാന്വില്ക്കര്, ഡി.വൈ.ചന്ദ്രചൂഡ്, ഇന്ദു മല്ഹോത്ര എന്നിരടങ്ങിയ ബഞ്ചാണ് പുന:പരിശോധന ഹര്ജികളില് വാദം കേള്ക്കുന്നത്. സെപ്റ്റംബര് ഇരുപത്തിയെട്ടിലെ വിധി പുന:പരിശോധിക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് തന്ത്രിയും, അയ്യപ്പഭക്തരും ,സംഘടനകളും നല്കിയ 65 പുന:പരിശോധന ഹര്ജികളാണ് സുപ്രീംകോടതി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.
ഇതിനുപുറമെ റിട്ട് ഹര്ജികളും, ട്രാന്സ്ഫര് ഹര്ജികളും, സാവകാശ ഹര്ജിയും പരിഗണിക്കും.
