New Delhi . Himachal Congress in-charge and MP Rajeev Shukla has said that the rains have caused havoc in Himachal Pradesh and a loss of about Rs 13,000 crore has been caused. The central government should declare Himachal Pradesh's calamity as a national calamity and give a relief package of ten thousand crores. So far, Himachal has received only Rs 200 crores from the Central Government, considering the heavy losses in Himachal, this amount is like cumin in the camel's mouth. Shukla said these things while holding a press conference at the Congress headquarters in New Delhi.
