Big news is coming out before Himachal cabinet. It is being told that teachers appointed in excess of requirement will be transferred in schools across the state. Instructions have been issued for rationalization of teachers so that no school in the state remains dependent on one teacher. Under this, no school in the state with more than 10 children will be supported by one teacher. Instructions are being given to send such teachers to these schools who are more than required in other schools. The matter of taking the services of retired teachers on fixed salary till the new recruitment of teachers is done will also be sent for the approval of the government. Till the formation of a new recruitment commission in the state, services of retired teachers will be taken by making temporary arrangements. For this, retired teachers will be appointed on a fixed salary. He will continue to receive his pension in addition to this. This proposal has been prepared for the approval of the cabinet meeting today.
