On the second day, DC Hemraj Bairwa inaugurated the event by giving the green flag. Apart from these, students from various educational institutions of Nadaun reached the starting point and enjoyed the thrill of rafting. Today the male participants entered the waves and tried their best for the medal.

Asian Rafting Championship competition is being organized by Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department in collaboration with District Administration Hamirpur and The Indian Rafting Federation from 3rd to 5th November in Nadaun. All preparations for the Asian Rafting Championship competition have almost been completed. The international level competition will be inaugurated on November 3 by RS Bali, Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation.
