The High Court has expressed displeasure over the lack of FIR on Nishant's complaint till now. Along with this, the High Court directed the police to provide police protection to businessman Nishant and his family. The next hearing of the case will be on November 22. Describing the threat to his family's life, Nishant had talked about filing an FIR against the DGP. Taking cognizance of the complaint sent by the businessman through email, the court had summoned the status report from SP Shimla and SP Kangra. The number of tourist vehicles is likely to be more than 20 lakh in this tourist season. For which additional police personnel will be deployed for Kullu district and Lahaul-Spiti.
