The contractors of the Electricity Department have raised the demand of the state government to revise the rates of cost data. While holding a press conference in Mandi today, President of Himachal Pradesh Power Contractors Association, Arun Thakur said that the Electricity Board Management has reduced the rates of cost data by 40 to 45 percent, while keeping in view the inflation, it has been increased by 10 to 10 percent every year.
