Modi government is preparing for major changes in the Waqf Board...a bill in this regard can be presented in the current session of Parliament itself...the bill is being prepared to be presented in a day or two...now the Waqf Board Waqf Board has unlimited rights…it is a preparation to curtail any of its rights…now the Waqf Board can claim any property…but in the new bill, verification of the claims of the Waqf Board will be necessary. There are preparations for about 40 amendments in the Waqf Board..but Muslim religious leaders have started opposing it.Maulana Khalid Rashid has said that the government should take his opinion before taking any step... whereas AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the BJP government wants to abolish Waqf.
मोदी सरकार वक्फ बोर्ड में बड़े बदलाव की तैयारी में है....इस बारे में संसद के मौजूदा सत्र में ही बिल पेश हो सकता है...बिल एक दो दिन में पेश किए जाने की तैयारी है....अभी वक्फ बोर्ड के असीमित अधिकार है....वो किसी भी उसके अधिकार को कम करने की तैयारी है...अभी वक्फ बोर्ड किसी भी प्रोपर्टी पर अपना दावा कर सकता है...लेकिन नए बिल में वक्फ बोर्ड के दावों का वेरिफिकेशन जरूरी होगा.. वक्फ बोर्ड में करीब 40 संशोधन की तैयारी है..लेकिन मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं ने इसका विरोध शुरू कर दिया है....मौलाना खालिद रशीद ने कहा है कि सरकार कोई भी कदम उठाने से पहले उनकी राय ले....वहीं AIMIM चीफ असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा कि बीजेपी सरकार वक्फ को खत्म करना चाहती है...
