Dharamshala : Himachal government is going to make a new policy with the aim of promoting eco-tourism on a large scale in the state. Before this, all the stakeholders are getting information about these rules. One such meeting was organized by the Forest Department to promote eco-tourism in the forest areas of Dharamshala Circle. In this, fixed permit fee rates for trekking routes have been proposed. In this, it has been proposed to pay an additional fee of Rs 200 for every adventure tourist going on trekking and an additional fee of Rs 1,000 plus GST for staying in a tent for 2 tourists.
