Dharamshala : The Local Fund Accounts Committee of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly has given guidelines to approve the construction works of buildings in all the municipal bodies of Kangra district as per the prescribed rules so that there is no loss of life and property during the disaster. Chairman of the committee, MLA Indra Dutt Lakhanpal, in the meeting held in Dharamshala on Thursday, while taking detailed item-wise details of audit steps from the departments and institutions, directed all the municipal bodies of Kangra district to work with promptness to provide utility proof of the works. .
