In a Diwali gift to central government employees and pensioners, Narendra Modi government has increased the dearness allowance for employees by 5 percent. The hiked rate will be applicable retrospectively from July this year. 'The government has increased the DA from 12 percent to 17 percent,' Union minister Prakash Javadekar said after a Cabinet meeting today.

मोदी सरकार ने केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को दिवाली से पहले बड़ा तोहफा दिया है... केंद सरकार ने कर्मचारियों के लिए 2 फीसदी महंगाई भत्ते को मंजूरी दे दी है..आज कैबिनेट की बैठक में इस पर फैसला लिया गया...इससे पहले सरकार ने इस साल की शुरुआत में महंगाई भत्ता मूल वेतन का 6 प्रतिशत बढ़ाकर 125 प्रतिशत कर दिया था. बाद में सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों के लागू होने से इसका विलय बेसिक सैलरी में कर दिया गया. डीए बढ़ोतरी जुलाई 2016 से बकाया थी, इसलिए बढ़ा हुआ डीए जुलाई से ही लागू होगा...आपको बता दें कि महंगाई भत्ता यानि डीए हर सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स को साल में दो बार दिया जाता है....साल में दो बार डीए की घोषणा होती है. जनवरी और जुलाई महीने में केंद्र सरकार अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए महंगाई भत्ते की घोषणा करती रही है. लेकिन अक्टूबर का आधा महीना बीत जाने के बाद भी ऐलान न होने की वजह से हाल ही में कर्मचारी संगठनों ने सरकार से मुलाकात की थी.... कर्मचारियों ने सरकार से इस साल का महंगाई भत्ता जल्द से जल्द घोषित करने और उसका पैसा खाते में जल्द से जल्द डालने का आग्रह किया था. कर्मचारियों का मानना था कि दीवाली से पहले यदि सरकार इसकी घोषणा कर देती तो कर्मचारियों और उनके परिवारों का त्योहार अच्छा रहेगा..जिसके बाद अब सरकार ने इसका ऐलान कर दिया है

हिमाचल में सस्ते राशन के डिपुओं में मिलने वाली मूंग दाल महंगी हो गई है। राशनकार्ड धारकों को इस बार मूंग दाल के 10 रुपए अधिक चुकाने पड़ेंगे। इसका सीधा असर प्रदेश के साढ़े 19 लाख राशनकार्ड धारकों पर पड़ेगा। इसके अलावा दाल चना, उड़द व सरसों तेल के दाम कम होने से राशनकार्ड धारक जरूर राहत की सांस लेंगे। सिविल सप्लाई के गोदामों में दालों व तेल की सप्लाई पहुंचना शुरू हो गई है, जिसे डिपुओं को भेजने का दौर शुरू हो गया है। डिपुओं में एनएफएसए राशनकार्ड धारकों को मूंग दाल का एक पैकेट 64 रुपए के बजाय 72 रुपए, एपीएल राशनकार्ड धारकों को 74 के बजाय 82 रुपए और आयकरदाता राशनकार्ड धारकों को 98 के बजाय 108 रुपए में खरीदना पड़ रहा है। हालांकि डिपुओं में मिलने वाली दो अन्य दालों के रेट तीन से पांच रुपए तक जरूर कम हुए हैं।सरसों तेल की बात करें, तो इसमें राशनकार्ड धारकों को बढ़ते तेल के दामों में काफी राहत मिली है। तेल के दामों में भी 32 रुपए से लेकर 45 रुपए तक की कमी आई है।
