Shardiya Navratri or Maha Navratri falls in the month of Ashwin. It starts from Pratipada tithi of Ashwin month and ends on Navami of Ashwin month. This year Shardiya Navratri will start on October 15, 2023 and end on October 24, 2023. Maa Kalratri is worshiped on the seventh day of the Navratri festival. On this day, worshiping Maa Kalratri frees one from all sins, enemies are destroyed and one's strength increases. To get devotion to Maa Jagadambe, it should be memorized and chanted on the seventh day of Navratri.
