Hamirpur (Himachal) : On behalf of the Fire Brigade Department, a letter has been written to the Jal Shakti Department to immediately improve the condition of the hydrants built in the city. When they were inspected by the fire brigade officers, it came to light that the soil which was flowing on the roads along with the water at the time of the disaster, had entered inside these hydrants and the pits were completely filled. This will create problems in case of any kind of fire. At present, more than seven hydrants have been installed in the city. Jal Shakti Department not only provides water but also takes care of it. Fire brigade officers have prepared a similar report and submitted it to DC and Jal Shakti Department.
