Nagrota Surian (Kangra) : Construction of toilet pit started on the main drinking water pipeline in Government Primary School, Ser, Panchayat Basa of Nagrota Surian, development block of Kangra district. The pit is being constructed by the Panchayat and surprisingly, neither the Panchayat nor the school informed the Jal Shakti Department about the main drinking water pipeline coming in the middle of the pit. Whereas drinking water is also supplied to the Community Health Center through this main pipeline. When the news of this was received by the media, it was given to the SDO of Jal Shakti Department, Ram Kumar, who sent a JE and got the work stopped.
