Shimla : A case of obscene acts with five minor girls and two minor boys has come to light in Rohru subdivision of Shimla district. In this case, the police have arrested the accused. A case has been registered against the accused under sections of POCSO and Indian Penal Code. Shimla-based Child Helpline had received information about molestation of school children. On which the team of Child Helpline reached the school to investigate. After counseling with the children, the team came to know that a person named Anshul has molested seven children. These include five minor girls and two minor boys. Rohru police arrested the accused on the complaint of Ram Chand, Project Coordinator of Child Helpline Shimla.

In which 16 rooms of a four-storey house were burnt to ashes and 9 families were rendered homeless. A massive fire broke out in Shimla district late night. A fire broke out in Kheda village of Khashdhar Panchayat of Rohru at night. The fire started around 1 o'clock in the night and soon the fire engulfed the entire house. In this fire, goods worth lakhs kept in the house were burnt to ashes. This house is said to belong to Chaman Lal, a resident of Kheda. People controlled the fire with great effort.
