Barsar (Hamirpur) : People are scared of the terror of leopard in Balh Bihal Gram Panchayat of Barsar subdivision of Hamirpur. The situation is such that leopard has started appearing in broad daylight. At night, leopard is openly seen roaming in the villages. A CCTV footage of this has come to light. In which leopard is preying on a stray dog. Local people have appealed to the forest department to catch the leopard.
