Shimla. During the ongoing Summer Festival in the capital Shimla, the stalls selling Pahadi Siddu are attracting a large number of locals as well as tourists. Tourists from other states are so impressed by its taste that they are gathering information about the Siddu maker as well as the food ingredients used in it. Siddu is eaten with great fondness in Upper Himachal as well as Kullu and Lahaul-Spiti. Siddu is also considered good for health.
