बीते कुछ वक्त से जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकी हमलों में तेजी से इजाफा देखा गया... 8 जुलाई को कठुआ में हुए आतंकी हमले ने सबको झकझोर कर रख दिया था... जिसमें हमारे 5 जवान शहीद हो गए थे... पिछले एक महीने में ये सातवां आतंकी हमला था... जो सिर्फ जम्मू रीजन में हुआ था... पिछले 2 महीने में कुल 11 हमले हुए हैं... बीते साल 2023, में इस जम्मू रीजन में कुल 43 आतंकी हमले हुए थे... धरती पर स्वर्ग कहे जाने वाले जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंक का साया लगातार बढ़ता चला जा रहा है... राज्य की भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों को बेहद करीब से महसूस करने वाले जानकार इसके पीछे के कई कारण बता रहे हैं पर वो कहते हैं न कि, कारण कोई भी हो मगर उसका समाधान आतंक से नहीं निकल सकता... आतंक सिर्फ हिंसा और मानवीय दुराचार को बढ़ावा दे सकता है... इसलिए, इस बढ़ते और तेजी से पैर फैलाते आतंक पर संपूर्ण अंकुश और आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर भारत सरकार ने एक बड़ा निर्णय लिया है... अब जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा फुल पावर में आ गए हैं...
