Heavy rain was falling in Damrali and Taklech late in the evening, during the same time, a cloud burst in Damrali, the upper part of Taklech, and a heavy flood of water came into the adjacent drain. When the flood of water came, the residents of Taklech clearly heard the rumbling of this drain. People came out of their houses. During this time, electricity supply also got disrupted. The mobile tower in Damrali also stopped working. Due to this, the mobile signal of 6 panchayats here got affected. After that, DC Anupam Kashyap and SP Sanjeev Gandhi reached Nogli late at night.
