A video of two men beating a mentally-challenged woman with a pipe has surfaced online from Nagaur in Rajasthan. The incident happened on Tuesday but it came to light when someone uploaded in on social media today.
According to police, they beat the woman on the suspicion that she was entering their fields with ill-intention. The men also forced the woman to say ‘Allah’, ‘Jai Shri Ram’, and ‘Jai Hanuman’.
Two men identified as Prakash Meghwal and Shrawan Meghwal have been arrested over the incident.
