In Punto village, located just a short distance from Pangi's headquarters, Kilar, a patient imprisoned in his house for the last 5 days was carried on his back by the villagers to the headquarters Kilar Civil Hospital. Due to snowfall, the patient had to be kept at home for 5 days. On the sixth day, when the condition of the patient, 30-year-old Joginder Kumar, worsened, the villagers gathered and carried the patient on their backs and took him to the Civil Hospital, Kilar.
