Style icon-in-training, Vanessa Hudgens hit a playful Popchips party in New York City for their soiree where she rocked a black dress unlike any other. The long, fitted frock was embellished with some rocking chains across the top half. V kept the accessories to a minimum, clearly was having a great time at the event which celebrated the fashion industry while listening to some great music and promoting healthy eating habits.
