മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പറുകള്‍ക്ക് ആധാര്‍ ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയുടെ സുപ്രധാനവിധിയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു
ആധാറുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ച മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പറുകള്‍ റദ്ദാകില്ലെന്ന് ആധാര്‍ അതോറിറ്റിയും (യു.ഐ.ഡി.എ.ഐ.) ടെലികോം വകുപ്പും സംയുക്ത പ്രസ്താവനയില്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.
മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖ നല്‍കി ഉപയോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ആധാര്‍ വേണമെങ്കില്‍ വിച്ഛേദിക്കാം. ആധാര്‍ ഇ-കെ.വൈ.സി. ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എടുത്ത 50 കോടി കണക്ഷനുകള്‍ റദ്ദാകുമെന്ന വാര്‍ത്ത ശരിയല്ലെന്നും അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.
എന്നാല്‍, ആധാര്‍ ഇ-കെ.വൈ.സി. ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നല്‍കിയ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പറുകള്‍ റദ്ദാക്കണമെന്ന് വിധിയില്‍ ഒരിടത്തും പറയുന്നില്ല. അതിനാല്‍ ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ ആശങ്കവേണ്ട. നിലവിലുള്ള നമ്പറുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ആധാര്‍ വിച്ഛേദിക്കണമെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവര്‍ സേവനദാതാക്കളെ സമീപിച്ച് അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കിയാല്‍ മതി. ആധാറിനുപകരമായി മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖ നല്‍കണമെന്നു മാത്രം- പ്രസ്താവനയില്‍ പറയുന്നു.പുതിയ സിംകാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ നല്‍കാനായി പ്രത്യേക കെ.വൈ.സി. സംവിധാനം രൂപവത്കരിക്കും. പുതിയ സിം കാര്‍ഡ് വേണ്ടവരുടെ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കാനെത്തിയ സമയം ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള വിവരങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ ഫോട്ടോ, തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖകളുടെ പകര്‍പ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള കെ.വൈ.സി. സംവിധാനമാണ് തയാറാക്കുന്നത്.
ആധാറിന് നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളോടെ അംഗീകാരം നല്‍കിയ സുപ്രീംകോടതി, ക്ഷേമപദ്ധതികള്‍ക്കും പാന്‍ കാര്‍ഡിനും ആദായനികുതി റിട്ടേണ്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിനും ആധാര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കി.

ആധാർ കാർഡില്ലെന്ന പേരിൽ വിദ്യാർഥികളുടെ സ്കൂള്‍ പ്രവേശനം നിഷേധിക്കരുതെന്ന് യുഐഡിഎഐ അറിയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടെ രാജ്യത്തെ ജനങ്ങളെ ഏറെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിലാക്കിയ ഒന്നായിരുന്നു ആധാർ കാർഡ്.
എവിടെ പോയാലും ആധാർ കാർഡ് കാണിക്കണമെന്ന നിയമങ്ങൾ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വലിയ തലവേദനായിരുന്നു. മൊബൈൽ സിം, പണമിടപാടുകൾ, സ്കൂൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ, പിഎഫ് തുടങ്ങി നൂറായിരം സർവീസുകൾക്ക് ആധാർ നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ആധാരിനെതിരെ സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധി വന്നതോടെ എല്ലാം പെട്ടെന്നാണ് ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചത്. ആധാർ കാർഡില്ലെന്ന പേരിൽ വിദ്യാർഥികളുടെ സ്കൂള്‍ പ്രവേശനം നിഷേധിക്കരുതെന്ന് സവിശേഷ തിരിച്ചറിയൽ അതോറിറ്റി (യുഐഡിഎഐ) അറിയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ് പുതിയ വാർത്ത.
സ്കൂൾ പ്രവേശനത്തിന് ആധാർ നിർബന്ധമാക്കുന്നത് നിയമവിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നും സ്കൂളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഒരു പ്രവർത്തനത്തിനും ആധാർ വേണമെന്ന നിബന്ധന വയ്ക്കാൻ സ്കൂളുകൾക്കു അധികാരമില്ലെന്നും യുഐഡിഎഐ സിഇഒ അജയ് ഭൂഷൺ പാണ്ഡെ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
തെലങ്കാനയിൽ പുതിയ അധ്യയന വർഷത്തിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ അനൗദ്യോഗികമായി ആരംഭിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് പുതിയ വിശദീകരണം.
പുതുതായി അഡ്മിഷൻ ലഭിക്കാൻ പല സ്കൂളുകളും ഇപ്പോഴും ആധാർ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ഇതേറെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടു സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ഹൈദരാബാദ് പാരന്‍റ് അസോസിയേഷൻ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ, മൊബൈൽ കണക്ഷൻ, സ്കൂൾ പ്രവേശനം എന്നിവയ്ക്കു ആധാര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമാകരുതെന്ന് കോടതി അടുത്തിടെ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു.
ടെലികോം മേഖലയും ആധാരിനെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു. എവിടെയും ആധാർ നിർബന്ധിക്കുന്നില്ല. ടെലികോം മേഖലയിലെ വലിയ സംഭവമായിരുന്നു മൊബൈൽ– ആധാർ ലിങ്കിങ്. ആധാർ ലിങ്ക് ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ നിലവിലെ എല്ലാ സിമ്മുകളും റദ്ദാക്കുമെന്ന് വരെ മുന്നറിയിപ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇതോടെ പലരും മണിക്കൂറുകളോളം വരിനിന്ന്, ഭയന്ന് കൈയ്യിലുള്ള സിമ്മുകളെല്ലാം ആധാറുമായി ലിങ്ക് ചെയ്തു.
എന്നിട്ടും ലിങ്ക് ചെയ്യാത്തവരെ ടെലികോം കമ്പനികൾ ഓരോ മണിക്കൂറിലും വിളിച്ചും മെസേജിലൂടെയും അറിയിച്ചു.
2018 മാർച്ച് 31നകം രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാം മൊബൈൽ സിമ്മുകളും ആധാറുമായി ലിങ്ക് ചെയ്യണമെന്നാണ് ടെലികോം മന്ത്രാലയം ഉത്തരവിട്ടിരുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ആധാർ കേസുകൾ കോടതിയിൽ എത്തിയതോടെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ മാറിമറിഞ്ഞു. ആധാറുമായുള്ള കേസുകൾ തീരാതെ വ്യക്തി വിവരങ
