CEO dan Deputy President Director Siloam Hospitals Group Caroline Riady menyebut dibukanya STC sebagai visi dan misi Siloam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan d=serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu SDM dalam bidang medis di Indonesia.
Sementara itu Kepala Bidang Pengendalian Mutu PPSDM Kemenkes M. Royan mengatakan Siloam Training Center adalah pusat pelatihan yang fasilitas dan standar kualitasnya memadai.
Siloam Training Center juga bekerja sama dengan organisasi keperawatan kritis untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk teori dan praktik pelayanan keperawatan kritis. Program pelatihan komprehensif ICU ini terbagi atas tiga gelombang dan gelombang pertamanya akan dimulai Januari 2019.
