Memorial Day Weekend spun out of control for the former Nickelodeon queen when she was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and criminal possession of pot after she allegedly threw a bong out her apartment window — 36 stories up mind you.

Now that Amanda is released, she's threatening to sue, well, just about everyone. The police, her apartment complex, TMZ... probably her window? Can you sue windows?

Amanda's mugshot also revealed she had completely shaved her head, but then the girl showed up in court wearing a life-sized Barbie wig.

Oh wait there's more! She's been tweeting non-stop since the incident, took a cheap shot at Rihanna (though she claims it was fake, uh huh...sure), got into a Twitter war with Chrissy Teigen, and continues to rant about how she doesn't smoke pot, drink alcohol, or have a mental illness. But she DID confirm she's starting a rapping career and after seeing the mugshot, she wants to get a nose job.

But, real talk. Where are Amanda's people? Like, her publicist? Her agent? Her family? Her friends? If I had a friend who was following up her arrest with Twitter rants, I might, ya know, have a heart-to-heart with her (and steal her phone).

It's clear to me that Amanda needs to add people to her team. Here are my 3 suggestions: 1) Social Media Ghost Writer 2) Wig Stylist 3) Professional Hugger. I think.
