Some of our favorite High School Musical gals and Pretty Little Liars chose to take off the holiday weekend with their co-star friends and we've got the details. So to kick things off, a lot of stars actually had a bit of a break to celebrate Memorial Day -- and to remember all of the soldiers who have dedicated their lives for our freedom. First up, we see Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale saluting the camera to commemorate the day. Ashley hosted a bbq at her house. They looked stylish -- V in a more boho-chic layered look and Tisdale in a red and white stars and stripes sort of vibe. Taking on the full red, white and blue color palate, PLL's Shay Mitchell donned a cool blue and white maxi with some cool white shades and red lips. She posed with co-star Tyler Blackburn and her manager -- they all attended Marlene King's bbq for the day. There were more fun shots from the day posted to Instagram. It looks like Ashley Benson was on hand for a hang session -- posted that she and her friends took a 'little creepy vacation'. We saw some cool photos of Keegan Allen in the middle of a forest -- going for a more relaxing sort of holiday weekend. Something that these celebs probably don't get very often. .
